Footnote #1: From the 2008 meeting on, the award year corresponds to the year of the annual meeting in which the award was passed out. Unsure if dates prior to 2008 indicate if the award date is for the prior year preceding the annual meeting.

Footnote #2:  COVID-19 forced cancellation of the 2020 meeting in Virginia. We did some student presentations virtually. An in-person meeting was then hosted in Virginia in 2021. Thus, no awards were conveyed in 2020 except for the Eileen Setzler-Hamilton Memorial Scholarship.
